A fantastic job and beautiful customer service from start to finish
Extremely poor experience, recieved a quote then didn’t honour the quote staff were argumentative and came up with theories rather than facts. Will not return and encourage others not too as well.
I found Warringah Smash Repairs and was truly impressed. The person who assisted me was Allan (I think that’s how his name is spelled). He was very friendly and, most importantly, very honest with me, explaining what would be the best option without needing to spend too much. They took my car the next morning, and by lunchtime it was already ready, with an amazing result. I’m really glad I found Warringah Smash Repairs—thank you very much for the excellent work and service and make my front bumper looking soooo much better!!
Brought my car in for an NRMA repair. Door damage was fixed within a few days, and they even did a quick vacuum and clean of the car. Would recommend!
Unfortunately a brand new pair of AirPods went missing from car during the repair. I tried to remove personal items prior that being the main one as I use daily for work but was unable to make it to the car before repair started. But just a warning for people to double check cars for valuable items before bringing them to places like this where multiple different people will be handling your car.
