Unfortunately a brand new pair of AirPods went missing from car during the repair. I tried to remove personal items prior that being the main one as I use daily for work but was unable to make it to the car before repair started. But just a warning for people to double check cars for valuable items before bringing them to places like this where multiple different people will be handling your car.

A great end to end service. Allan’s team did a great job on a body repair. They went over and above, arranging a rental car and even return Uber trips to pick it up and drop it off. They have excellent communication and finished the job ahead of the promised date. Strongly recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Victor(Vic) was polite ,personable, empathetic and professional. My car was immaculate when I collected it 7 days later .As a nominated NRMA insurance business I would not hesitate to recommend it .
