They seemed to genuinely like my cat. He is a friendly boy.
They always manage to find room in their schedule to treat our golden doodle. A relief to know they are there for us. Always friendly and knowledgeable.
Everyone from the front desk to vet techs to the doctor was so nice and helpful. I really liked that Dr. Simms fully listened to my concerns and explained everything so well. Also it’s the first time my dog has ever walked over to a stranger voluntarily! Dr. Simms has a great demeanor with both animals and their humans.

I, absolutely, do NOT recommend this practice. They gave my dog a shot that I did not ask for, left me worrying about his reaction to a shot he had never had before, and made me pay for it. I took my dog for his regular check-up yesterday where he was to get his distemper vaccine. I was, also, interested in having him microchipped. The vet tech mentioned a heartworm shot to me after I told her it was difficult to remember to give him the chewables.
