So disappointed. When I called to get a gift certificate for a massage for my daughter. The man that answered the phone was very unprofessional. He did not state the name of the company or who he was. His tone was as if I was inconveniencing him. I went to visit the spa and found out that the man I spoke to was the manager. Not a good impression.
