I have been here before approximately four years ago and wanted to get some rings resized and asked him if it was gonna be reasonable prices and they stated yes and I asked them if they did it there and they said no we send it off to get it done and then when I got the rings back, it was very expensive and I was not prepared because I was told that they had reasonable prices and I explained to them that I did not want to go over $200 which it was more than $200 for four rings to be resized which I found highly ridiculous and... read more

My husband and I were taken back by the interaction today in this jewelry store on our first visit. It was odd, and came across as rude and condescending.
