Just got back from a 80 mile round trip drive to Warrenton to have my 2004 Prius battery replaced. Ryan went out of his way to make sure that he could do it today (Friday) as I need the car to go to North Carolina on Monday. Price was good, car works and Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. He dropped me at Panera's where I was able to use their wifi and work while he repaired the car. I had just left for work when my 2010 Prius lost power and all of the dash lights came on. I made it home in limp mode and called Warrenton Hybrid. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem and also told me that it was covered by a special Toyota recall. I had it towed to the Toyota dealership for repairs and all is now good. Thanks to Ryan's diagnosis and honesty, I saved a bundle on this repair by having Toyota cover it under warranty.
