I gave this apartments 2 stars just because I live in this building for 14 years and am nostalgic about good times here , that long gone because of awful management (local and regional). We lived without maintenance for a long time, and sometimes without heat (25 F outside), no hot water for days, leaking roof and windows, leacking for days taps botched by unapt maintanences and so on...
