They called me to cancel my appointment less than 24hrs in advance. I had it scheduled for 3 weeks. This was due to them seeing another appointment in their system that I had at the Knob Noster Family Health location (also scheduled in advance 3 weeks ago) 2 months away from now. I need lab work done for my insurance asap. They refused to allow me to keep both appointments. They have just showed me that they do not care about me as a patient. Do not waste your time with WMMC. If this place was the only doctors office for 100 miles, I still wouldn't bring my worst enemy here. I've been in and out of doctors offices my whole life, but I've never had so much issues trying to get simple refills until going here. Do yourself the favor, go anywhere else.
