I did all the paperwork online and walked in early and had zero wait time. The Dr. Spent time explaining what concerns I had to relieve my anxiety that I might have a serious issue. The computer system was giving a new employee issues while they were working on my new glasses and management stepped in and I was out of there with my order and paperwork.
Great staff and service
Was an awesome experience. Very friendly crew, very knowledgeable. And definitely my go to eye doctor.
All aspects of my appointment were top tier, every person i interacted with was a delight. The doctor even took time to discuss my toddler daughter who is having eye concerns and gave me great recommendations. And I have to give a huge shout out to Rachel who helped me towards the end of my appointment. Although we had never met before she felt like a familiar face who I instantly felt comfortable with. 10/10 staff at the warrensburg location.
