Just a very pleasant and kind professional staff fantastic service and support.
The staff are a joy. They are professional and make the visit enjoyable. The Dr is very knowledgeable and takes the time to work with you to make sure you have the right prescription. And last, but not least, Shawn was great. He helped us pick out our frames, fitted them, placed the order, and figured out the insurance stuff. He was very friendly, fun, and efficient. All together a 5 star experience.
Dr. Brinckman and his staff are always friendly, helpful and thorough. I specifically came back to Dr. Brinckman after insurance changes and I remembered why I was so upset my last insurance did not cover him. He cares about you as a customer and making sure that he is helping you see your best, while also preparing you for changing vision down the road.
