Very professional. Called and was able to schedule someone promptly. Lou came out and quickly assessed the issue and was descriptive of everything taking the time to explain what was wrong and wrote it down (I was selling my house, and it was leaking at the meter and determined it was from my neighbor's side). Asked if he had additional time to look at another issue and quickly changed out 2 outdoor spigots (both were rusted - 1 had a leak and the other I had to cut off the hose end I couldn't remove during winter). Recommended highly by a friend, the work performed by Warren's was excellent. I had a faucet handle and drain repaired, a kitchen sink faucet repaired, and two water heaters installed. Louie Warren shows up on time and completes work timely and in a quality manner. I have found my forever plumber.
These guys had the most reasonable price, were able to get to the project immediately, and were very transparent and honest. Finally, the work was excellent!
Very unprofessional. I asked for someone to come out to give a estimate which I was shopping around. I explained this to the tech and he immediately canceled my appointment. I told him I would still like for him to come out. He was very nasty and told me he would block my number. All because I wanted to shop for prices???
