Unacceptable Communication and Excessive Charges I strongly advise avoiding this shop if you’re looking for professionalism and fair treatment. After my car was towed here following an accident, I spent over a week trying to contact them without success. The shop is in an area with little to no phone service, and they made no effort to ensure I could reach them or to return my calls.
