EDIT: Mr. Zapp recently responded back to my review with a bogus smokescreen about client information and privacy, clear obfuscation from the legitimate fact that the owner of this establishment is exceptionally rude, abusive, and mentally unstable. Called agent for assistance with my client on the line to sort out insurance with him for the elderly client and he did not show me the same good faith respect that I had provided him by contacting him. Very bad business practice in attempting to assist the client.
Called to help a mutual client and transaction was smooth. Thank you.
