I have had Zapp Insurance Agency for years. I applaud their service. They are always checking for better rates from various carriers when our renew date nears. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for a long term agent to look out for you.

EDIT: Mr. Zapp recently responded back to my review with a bogus smokescreen about client information and privacy, clear obfuscation from the legitimate fact that the owner of this establishment is exceptionally rude, abusive, and mentally unstable. JUST LOOK AT OTHERS REVIEWS! Was just on the phone with the apparent owner of this insurance agency and had this person go off on an unhinged diatribe towards me, a literal stranger on the phone, about an address on an insurance card. Called agent for assistance with my client on the line to sort out insurance with him for the elderly client and he did not show me the same good faith respect that I had provided him by contacting him. Very bad business practice in attempting to assist the client.
