I recently took a bad fall down the basement stairs and hit my back on a 6 x 6 support beam tossing me forward landing about 10 feet in front of the furnace. Because the Warren-Wentworth Ambulance Service is close to my heart, I crawled up the stairs and across the living room floor while in excruciating pain, I called them direct. Beth Mcdonald was so wonderful and compassionate to me, she placed the call to 911 for me, which is what I SHOULD have done first !
