AS GOOD AS IT GETS!! Jan 26/19, I had my first massage session with Austin Warren at THE TREATMENT FAR SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS AND CONTINUES TO DO SO. (my massage history follows the review to qualify my opinion) Updated June 15/22. So superior is Austin's therapy that I followed to his self-owned clinic at 55 Water St. Gastown. That is despite the issue of parking: a parkade a block away and pay street parking if you can find a spot. Austin has been my RMT for many, many years and I’m glad I found him. He’s very attentive and skilled. Whenever I have any problems, he’s always able to pinpoint the source of it and provide instant relief. I also love the fact how after the session, he takes the time to explain what he worked on using the anatomy posters, then show you stretches or exercises to help with the problem(s).

I have been seeing Austin for more than 3 years and I am always very impressed with his massage therapy treatments to deal with repetitive motion strain caused from my job as a transit operator. Austin takes the time to identify areas of concern at the start of each session, and then carefully and skillfully works his way through the problem area(s). Love visiting Austin for deep tissue massages. I always feel much lighter and more myself after a session with him. His studio is clean and minimalist, and I like his choice of background music. It is so relaxing there that I usually fall asleep during my sessions. The only down side is that parking could be pricey, but I would still visit him because he's that good!
