Well they charged my mom almost $500. Plus labor for basically an oil change on her generator. There was wires that were shorted out and melted, he said he changed them out. The trickle charger wasn't working. He said he fixed it. He did not. My husband ended up having to fix everything he said he had done. Not real pleased right now. That is BS to charge for work that wasn't done. Will never use them again. Would never recommend them to anyone else with service like that.
I am so happy that my neighbor suggested Warren Welding for a whole house generator. The price was fair, the lowest of three bids by far. The installation was completed in a timely matter. The install was somewhat complex as the service entrance and the propane tank are on opposite sides of the house, but they made it work. It is not often that you get a project like this completed on time and within the quoted price; Warren Welding delivered.
Warren Welding did a great job getting my Generac whole home generator working correctly. The brand new generator was blowing fuses since it was installed a few months ago and the builders electrician could not get it resolved and the Springdale Generac technician just replaced the fuses and said it was wired correctly. Jace came out within 1 day and immediately noticed that the 2 transfer switches were not installed as a master/slave and this was causing the issue. Fantastic company! They came out last minute and hooked up my generator and with the previous bad weather I never did lose power.
I’ve always had a great experience getting mine and my folks generators serviced by Jamis and Austin.
