I closed on July 24th, 2019. I spoke to Alan once at the start and that was it. Now I am left with a $2500 sewerage bill from the previous owner. Avoid.
Alan WAlkow doesn’t even work there anymore. Don’t let the don the owner fool you. He’s was the worst human to deal with. Man needs to look in the mirror. God bless all is staff. They deserve better. Good luck to them all.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I have received from the Walkow Law Office. For months I have been trying to get in contact with Alan Walkow in regard to assessment fees that were not paid by the seller at closing.
