So last year I took my car in for an oil change & was told I needed almost $800 in repairs. Took my car to another garage & found it needed a minor repair which was covered under warranty. I am a woman & older but not stupid. So yesterday a friend of mine in her 70's took her car in for an inspection & was told she needed a wheel bearing - $400 - before it could pass inspection. I had an appointment to have four tires installed and a wheel alignment done on 11/24/08. I dropped my truck off at 12:30 pm and was asked when I would be picking it up. I told the service tech I would return at 3:45. When I arrived my truck had not been serviced yet. I was told they had a very busy morning and got behind. Why wasn't I told they were behind when I dropped it off? I took my truck elsewhere that same afternoon and had four tires installed within an hour. I won't be going back to Warren Tire.
