Fantastic service! Great price and quick service. Called for 4 new tires and within 24 hours had it done. Gavin was the best. Will be back for sure.
I’m truly disappointed having to write this review, but I feel it’s necessary to warn others about the unprofessional behavior and poor service from Rich at this tire shop. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire rotation and oil change. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed grease stains all over my driver’s seat and steering wheel. I know it sounds like a stereotype but being a woman I feel some places try to advantage when getting car services done. I have never felt that way here. Great customer service and quick turnaround when you’re waiting. The manager, Rich is very knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction
If I could give a zero star I would . The manager Rich Burnley is so cocky and arrogant towards women it’s sickening. I went in for a flat tire after getting new tires and he accused me of lying. My account is under my husbands name so surprise to him when I go to small claims court to resolve this because it’s unprofessional how he treats women trying to get simple task done. Stay away from this place If you’re a female
