I had a flat tire in the Lake Placid and needed to get to Syracuse for a family reunion on Labor Day weekend. They had the tire size I needed in stock and were also very helpful offering me guidance. They were closing early on this Saturday and so did all the check in over the phone to make sure I could be fit in before the end of the day. I had just been informed by my Ford dealer in Illinois that I needed new tires on a 15-month old vehicle with 30k miles (yes, I drive a lot, but since when do car manufacturers get away with cheap factory tires?). Sam Sumner recommended the best Goodyear tires that would keep me safe in all weather, had them installed immediately so i could continue my trip. Fair price and got the side benefit of good advice on what to look for when it's time to shop again.Thank you, Sam!
Had a small puncture in my tire, so i went here. Staff were very helpful, and got my tire patched in less than 45 minutes. The price was good too.
Mechanic got in my freshly detailed 2024 Model Y absolutely filthy and left dirt and grime all over my white seats. After I asked them to clean it, the mechanic comes out with a FILTHY rag. Will not return.
This place has never done me wrong! The staff is friendly, and my car appointments/services are always great!
