Response to the owner: I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO PERFORM A NYS INSPECTION AND YOU NEVER OFFERED TO REMOVE THE TINT NOT ONCE! I ASKED REPEATEDLY WHAT TO DO AND YOU WERE CLUELESS! I called 8/15 regarding a question regarding a rear window tint on my vehicle. I was first told on the phone rear and side rear tinting did not matter for inspection. This service is well hidden. The place is clean, welcoming, efficient and helpful. Services efficiency is good. Of course, the wait time will depend on the types of service being done. The staffs are helpful compared to other vehicles service places. I would recommend for people to come here for services.
I brought in my car for an inspection and was told i needed new wiper blades so I had them replace them and then it passed inspection. After i left i noticed a large crack in my windshield that started from a crack under the wiper blade where it seemed a tool was dropped on the windshield. I called and they denied any fault in it. Won’t be returning there and wouldn’t recommend.
