I am using Warren southwest since 1992 and always had everything you need
I bought three ice o matic ice maker machine in 2020 two machin Complent always last 20 time they repiar service but still I have proublam now they agnore to repair and avoid my call specially GHRA need to avoid this vender to participate in trade show
Dishonest and Unprofessional - Avoid! Warren Refrigeration was a huge disappointment. The technician spent more time sitting in their car than actually working, yet I was charged for every minute they were here. The bill was inflated, and the issue wasn’t even fixed. They already visited my store 5 times and haven't solved the problem yet. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save your money and avoid this company!
I brought ice machine from them and not even a week and it stop making ice call them to send someone to check it out and fix it but as of today nobody came all I got excuses they sending someone I paid around $15000 for this ice machine
