My Blodgett convention oven was worked on and repaired in 2 days. He came to look what the problem was ordered the part and was repaired. Call and he’ll come, usually within a few hours. He would be the first to call if you have any equipment issues!!
WSI is the only company I like to work on my coffee shop equipment and for espresso machine repair and commercial refrigeration repair. Had an espresso machine go out first thing on a Monday morning and he was here promptly, diagnosed the problem and had me up and running with a new part ordered within a half hour. Had a hinge break on my commercial refrigerator and he came and got it fixed without me having any down time.
