I had my baby in morristown in June.. Worst experience!!... housekeeping was horrible- the sheets were never changed on my bed, i had to ask 5xs and it still never got done... we had a pile of towels in our room over a week.. that was NEVER taken away until we were being discharged. My husband asked for clean sheets and a blanket they came 3 days later.. the poor guy had to sleep on just the sofa with nothing for the first 2 nights.. on top of it.. there were 2 nurses who were HORRIBLE to me as a first time mother.. and aske... read more
I’m very frustrated and upset. My father was a patient at Morristown Memorial for about 9 days earlier this month. He had a procedure on a Tuesday (and was sedated), following which he was admitted to the ICU. His belongings never made it to the ICU. My mother constantly asked the nurses about his belongings and they said they’d check but nothing ever came of it and she was focused on him more than his stuff at that point. RecommendedThis past weekend, I had a sudden medical emergency. I called 911 and was brought directly to the ER. I’ve been here a lot with various family members but this was a first for me. Everyone was very kind and professional. They made me at ease and I knew I was in good care. When I was told I’d stay overnight for observation I was brought to One Hussey. The staff there was phenomenal. Although I ended up only staying overnight I was treated very well and almost hated to say goodbye! Thank you all

Recommendedl am so happy l chose to go to MMC for the birth of my baby girl! Labor and delivery staff were amazing! l felt like l am for sure in good hands!
this was the worst experience i have ever had in a hospital. it was filthy , i was there for 5 days not one nurse asked of i wanted to get cleaned up or in i needed the bathroom. my meds were all wrong i was bullied and treated like i didn't matter, it was their hospital anyway ! i was there for a blockage in my heart and needed cardiac cath. they said they would transfer me but never did because they could not completely fix me at Newton on the day of my procedure , they came in my room at lunch time and said they are putti... read more
RecommendedI want to thank the nurses and doctors who took care of my Aunt Phyllis at Morristown Medical Center, they also took care of my cousin who was in years ago when he was in a accident. I said guess you were glad to leave she said I was fine I made new friends , they were so nice and made me feel so comfortable! Thank you and all the front line people who do their best to protect and care for us! 🙏
Attention: Brian Gragnolati and Dexter D. Earle The central switchboard system is an outrage. Try calling them-973 267 9393. You can grow old waiting to communicate with them. Same problem last year. I spoke to Brian Gragnolati's "executive assistant" about this problem back then, but nothing seems to have changed. I am afraid that this inept this inept execution of simple administrative matters is a reflection of how medical matters are handled.
