Where do I begin with how impressed I am with this company? Austin Latshaw and Jessica Prater have been my reps at W Insurance; and they have taken good care of me. They have always been diligent about finding the best auto insurance deals as well as answering questions on a timely basis.
I cannot recommend these guys enough! Their team is amazing to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Austin and his communication was great. As well as, he was in the office late two nights in a row getting my policy together. Hard to find that kind of customer service anymore!
