I was looking for a ground grave marker for a September interment of both my parents in Rhode Island and I live in central New Jersey. Warren Monument (and particularly Linda) was a pleasure to work with. Linda provided info and photos on granite colors, iterations of the engraving, and contacted the cemetery to confirm al their rules and restrictions would be met by our choices. My family has been using Warren Monument for the last 16 yrs since we are now having to add more family members names who have passed. We had our headstone installed by another company 31 yrs ago who are no longer in business. Ryan does great work and is very reasonable in pricing. Thank you Ryan and (Linda). After the death of my mom, we went to go see Ryan to design the monument. He's extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything and gave his opinion on things. The stone was placed and it's beautiful! Pricing is reasonable. Only issues, communication is pretty much non existent. If there is an issue and you try to call, very rarely you will be able to get through. Ryan and his mother also need better communication with eachother.
