Great service, nice people. They helped us find a mobile home that fit our families needs. They answered all our questions and helped calm our fears about buying for the first time. When it came time to move the home, they did moved on the day promised and set it up right within the marked area on the lot. I would highly recommend them again.

Worthless Word We made an agreement and had a contract signed. We put down a $500 hold with the understanding that our unit would not be sold to anyone else. 3 Days later I received a call that they sold our unit to a cash buyer with no prior notice. The owner ,Warren, would not even come out of his office to speak with us about this. Be careful if you decide to buy from this company as you cannot trust their word.
