The physical therapists are amazing which is why this isn't zero stars. The staff at the front desk scheduled 15 appointments without consulting me and now they will not return my call for rescheduling to the point I have to cancel my next appointments bc it's been over a week of me calling to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous!
The level of care received here post surgery was extremely disappointing. My mother, at one point in the middle of the night, was ringing her call bell for 25 minutes to go to the bathroom. You can guess what happened after that. There was another time she was left to sit on the commode for almost half an hour, long after she was done. There was one fantastic nurse that took great care of her, but another that treated her like a third class citizen.
