I had high hopes for this place. The first therapist I met, Chelsa, was absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about my condition, was understanding, patient, thorough, everything I could want. There is a woman named Rachel who is pretty great, too. I'm rating this place the 2 stars because of her(/them). Let me tell you though, I am beyond disappointed. I got nowhere with this place. It was a complete waste of my time. Put a request in for scheduling to call me back. They wont call. Had to cancel last week on monday due to everyone in my home being sick. Requested a call back with my kids schedule. Can't seem to get a call, email, or text. How the heck am I supposed to get my kid any help?!?!

I worked with Chris and Anna my first 2 rounds, now I'm with Walter and Chris for another issue. Everyone there is so kind and supportive. I tend to say the quiet part out loud, and we have a fun time having actual conversation through the exercises. My physical issues are invisible without MRI and the pain is so intermittent that it's hard to address. They actually really want to help, they aren't dismissive or demeaning.
