I strongly advise against moving into Warren Lodge Condos. My experience here has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Before signing my lease, I specifically asked the landlord if there were any issues with bugs or mice, and I was told there were none. Unfortunately, that was not the truth. I wouldn’t recommend living here, I would most definitely avoid renting any unit in building 5, I lived there for 2 months and decided to terminate my lease due to the entire building having a roach infestation, I wasn’t informed that the unit needed “treatments” until the keys were literally being handed over, the second red flag was walking into a dirty unit but before I could even do that there was a note in the hallway asking all tenants to sign up so they can try to get a free extermination and that’s when I knew it was... read more
