I wouldn’t recommend living here, I would most definitely avoid renting any unit in building 5, I lived there for 2 months and decided to terminate my lease due to the entire building having a roach infestation, I wasn’t informed that the unit needed “treatments” until the keys were literally being handed over, the second red flag was walking into a dirty unit but before I could even do that there was a note in the hallway asking all tenants to sign up so they can try to get a free extermination and that’s when I knew it was... read more
Never pick up phone. Keep mixed up the HOA insurance.
Lots of nosey people on the HOA. They complain about EVERYTHING. They treat the community like a place for seniors and it isn’t! I can’t wait to move!
