Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Front staff very helpful, nurses were wonderful, and Dr.Kwok was very thorough and knowledgeable. He even told me about drug interactions that no other doctor has ever mentioned to me, but certainly should have. I wish I could have him as my PCP. Highly recommend this place if you should ever be in need of urgent care.
The staff was very friendly. I was in and out within an hours time from paperwork, the doctor and prescription called in to the pharmacy. Definitely would recommend if you need urgent care.
Diagnosed my situation and provided me with a clear plan to treat it. Very friendly and easy to communicate with.
