Very friendly staff. Easy to work with, and nice collections to pick from.
From the 1st appointment meeting Siobhan, our designer, to the finished product, was amazing! She heard my vision, asked questions, used pics I had with different elements of inspiration, & came up with great ideas & options for my engagement ring. We communicated regularly at each step & she was able to make all the changes I wanted or offer suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. The staff is awesome! They’re very caring/personable and the reason why my finance designed engagement ring with them. Then we went back to Warren’s for our wedding bands. Free ring cleaning and inspection of rings any time you stop in after.
