I wish I could rate 10 stars - because office staff literally saved my life on 12/13/2013! On that date I called in to make an appointment to see Dr. Jaeger because I was experiencing significant heartburn. Receptionist immediately got Nurse Sue on the phone, and Sue told me to dial 911 immediately. I argued with her that all I had was heartburn, but she assertively told me that I need to call 911 right now. So I reluctantly called 911. Dr. Jaeger and every doctor and PA and nurse at this practice takes the time to ask several questions, listen, and answer everything. I'm always confident that they are giving quality health care and allow me to participate in my health care. We've been going here since we moved to Tri-Lakes over 21 years ago.
The office is sometimes great and sometimes not. Dr. Jaeger is consistently amazing! He listens, explains, and makes sure you have no questions. I ~never~ feel rushed with him. I cannot say that for other Drs.
I really do not enjoy this office. I have a chronic disorder that they dont really seem to care about. I am constantly dismissed and it is super frustrating
