I've been going to Dr. Hsu for several years now and I have nothing bad to say. The doctor is caring and has always done a thorough job evaluating and caring for my various ailments. I have always felt comfortable in the office and feel I left with a more comprehensive understanding of how to get well. I can't really complain about the staff. Sometimes it was rough to get an appointment but they have always been courteous and very helpful. Whatever I need they are always willing to help.
Dr. Hsu is a very caring doctor, he spend time listening to his patients. Being that my vein is not very easy to locate, he took over and drew the blood within one shot. I am very afraid of needles but he made it easy for me. He even called me to inform me about my blood test result. Very nice staff as well. They welcomes patients as they walk in, and said goodbye when we leave. The office is not over-crowded like other doctor's office.
