The worst-case scenario happened about a month after I moved in. I discovered bed bugs in apartment number 21, right above the leasing office. I’ve since moved out, so hopefully the new tenants have been informed. It was a traumatizing experience, to say the least. Yessenia Ochoa is a horrible person and property owner I had so many issues living here for a year she never cared for her tenants she would never fix any maintenance request my roof leaked for a year straight since I moved in and she never did anything about it she never wanted to pay anybody to see what the issues was it ruined my brand new 75 inch tv and she never bothered to reimburse me for it. Jazzmen is the nicest Landlord I ever had and, Javier one of ,the Maintenance Workers here at Uptown Horizon Apartments are wonderful. Today I had a problem and I told him and he said that he would be at my apartments in five minutes and he was here within five minutes.
