Yessenia Ochoa is a horrible person and property owner I had so many issues living here for a year she never cared for her tenants she would never fix any maintenance request my roof leaked for a year straight since I moved in and she never did anything about it she never wanted to pay anybody to see what the issues was it ruined my brand new 75 inch tv and she never bothered to reimburse me for it. Jazzmen is the nicest Landlord I ever had and, Javier one of ,the Maintenance Workers here at Uptown Horizon Apartments are wonderful. Today I had a problem and I told him and he said that he would be at my apartments in five minutes and he was here within five minutes. Very loud, and chaotic at times but nice apartment, landlord and maintenance are on top of everything God bless them.
I lived here for 25 years. Never missed a payment, never had a late charge.I was kind, generous and tolerant of all the crap they put us through. I had to move when they raised the rent up to high for me to afford. I gave notice the way the then manager told me to. Since my roommate was staying. And now over a year later I get a notice from a collecting agency they want over $2k from me. You people are out of your mind. That's so corrupt and greedy. You should be ashamed.
