Horrific! What is happening at this complex insane. I have lived here for five years l. When Larken owned it then grounds were beautiful we had a sprinkler system a huge maintenance team. Maintenance requests were addressed in less than 48 hours. Since the take over by the new management company the grounds are horrible littered all over no sprinkler systems. Lived in this community for a year n half. They make the outside look all nice but that's for show. Rent is ridiculous, with kept going up and the apartments are not even up to date as they should be for these prices. Dog crap everywhere people are slobs and don't pick up.... even after complaints management did nothing even after showing the people by pics, like send them a letter!! And warning if again... you will be fined!!! It's gross on the sidewalks ugh! My whole building daily smelled from the people downstairs cookin... read more
High rent, now looking for a 15 percent increase. Not worth living here. Moved in 13 yrs ago was nice. Has steadily gone down hill. More like slum landlords.
The property manager, Astrid, is truly an asset to Warren Heights! She has been very helpful before and during my move. I've been here for a month and it's been quiet/no complaints, I'm enjoying living here.
We have been living here for 3 months. We really love it here and all the space you get! It is very quiet and safe in our complex. Astrid, the property manager helped us get our place so quickly and smoothly. She is always so helpful with any issues or concerns and always helps with a solution. Thank you for always being so kind and attentive.
