I would like to thank the staff at manji hospital for looking after me the other day, very professional, especially a nurse named Sue who was in triage, lovely caring ppl, best hospital around..
I just wanted to complement the professionalism, care, and attention that was given by Sharli and Richard (apologies for any misspellings) at the start of the month when a family member was admitted to Manjimup Hospital. Their efforts stood out to all of us, and should be treated as a great example of how to care for patients in challenging conditions and how to communicate with distressed or upset family members. Terrible and what appeared like intentionally poor service directed to us. Rude service from the woman working in the pathology office working 20/3. As visitors to the town, We arrived an hour before closing time and were told to take a seat…in a rude manner. So we did and then we proceeded to watch other people arrive after us and attended to straight away. Her manner seemed more positive to them. At closing time, she turned off the office lights and started to leave the office. She didn’t even look out into the waiting roo... read more
