I really don't know how this facility got 4 and a half stars...I would not leave any of my family members in this place...aids fight with aids..nurses fight with the aides. Aids fight with the nurses.. aides refuse to provide care to some of the residents because they simply don't want to.residents laying in their own feces and urine for hrs on end. everything needs to be fixed or replaced and corporate dosen't want to pay for anything cause they just want to fill their own pockets... cover ups all the time..and when somethi... read more
It’s very difficult to actually speak to loves ones in the facility. Every time I call “I’m told it’s too busy” to speak to my loved one. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional as if I call to speak to my loved one, I should be able to speak to them.
There’s new administrator that is a team player and the clinical team is wonderful and caring. They treat the residents like they are their own family and strive everyday to make a difference in the community.
