Was very happy with the great care. The nurses are so dedicated and compassionate! Great experience.
I can't say enough of good things about this place. My grandmother was a patient here and she received excellent care. The nursing staff was compassionate and made her feel comfortable. The rehab staff are amazing and got her to a point where she was able to return home safely. The grounds are beautiful and she enjoyed sitting outside in nature. A Truly Remarkable Transformation. Recently my 89 y.o. mother needed nursing and rehabilitation services after a fall. The hospital caseworker recommended Warren Haven. I was reluctant at first since I had heard it was not such a nice place, being the former County run nursing home. Boy was I wrong. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Warren Haven to see the amazing set up they have on the dementia unit. The outside area dedicated to just the unit was amazing for the patients. The amazing staff treated the patents with kindness and dignity. Highly recommend.
The rehabilitation division at this facility is truly exceptional. They cared for a family member of mine who had suffered a broken femur and was in need of extensive rehabilitation. I can honestly say—they worked miracles! The food is excellent, the building is always clean and smells fresh, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—warm and welcoming, yet highly professional at the same time.
