Yes , they replaced a window in my father's home wasn't right from the beginning. It has a blue tint to it which he didn't ask for and it has 2 lines going straight down in between the panes of glass. Have asked them for a refund and keep coming up with excuses . Have asked them to come look at it all they did was clean it . Ok I have done tht also it makes no difference. I wouldn't recommend them for service . Tried to tell him the manufacturer wouldn't replace it .. they wouldn't be in business if they did tht and not stan... read more
