I wanted to leave some positive feedback for the Warren Ford service center. A small but mighty dealer service center that took on a service issue with a brand new Ford truck that was not purchased with them, although the next time will be. We had complications with the computer system and required engineering from Ford themselves. They were able to uncover and fix it in due time and were more than happy to help us get to and from the dealer. We appreciate all they did to alleviate us from problems down the road. It took 3 visits for them to install a hitch on my Bronco, but they stuck with it, figured it out and it works perfectly. They charged very fairly, with the total being less than I expected!
