I found this clinic after having a terrible experience at a nearby medical institution that shook me to such a degree I was almost discouraged to seek another. Luckily, from the moment I walked in to the office the experience here was 100% different. The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. The doctor as well as the person drawing for the labs were so knowledgeable, empathetic and non-judgmental I kind I left feeling like I wanted to go back the next day.
My experience with Dr. Dinges as my primary care physician was positive for several years. However, in the past year, I've noticed a decline in the quality of care. I suspect this is due to an increase in his patient load, which seems to have affected his ability to provide personalized attention. I've made multiple attempts to follow up with Dr. Dinges through the Kareo system, but I haven't received any responses. This lack of communication is concerning.
