I have dealt with many repair facilities in my life. Never have I had the experience that I had with Warren Diesel Shop. These gentlemen went above and beyond for me. They fixed issues I didn't even tell them about and did not even charge me. They replaced a battery in the truck that was bad, they fixed my 4x4 shift selector that would not stay in 4x4 low, they even fixed the gear selector gauge to display the correct gear. Poor customer service , products that do not work as described.
Great group of guys to work with ,and a even better transmission!!! I Contacted Colton a couple of days ago, requesting a transmission ASAP, they built a transmission for us to pickup in a day! , very easy to work with, we had a 600+ mile trip, and informed them we may arrive after closing,and they were willing to have someone wait for us after hours if needed!! Only Ford transmission builder I recommend now a days!!
Update after 3 years, 6 trips from KY-PA and back, and 6 transmission replacements. Kept having issue after issue; bearing failed and sent metal through transmission, then torque converter failed and would no longer lock up, forgot an internal bearing during assembly, 2 different transmissions with over heating issues(one they would have caught if they had test driven it for more than 15 minutes) I thought highly of these guys, they treated me well up until the last failure, I was hoping it was a string of bad luck because t... read more
I purchased a 5R110W Competition transmission from Warren Diesel Shop in December 2019. At the time they were highly recommended for my transmission. Everything went smoothly, they shipped my rebuilt transmission and I returned my old one to them on the same crate. While installing the transmission I found the crossmember bolt holes were about 1/2 full of dirt and debris. This wasn't a huge deal since everything else looked beautiful.
