You usually only take the time to write a review when you have a bad experience with a company. I wanted to say I have been buying crickets for over 20 years for my reptile shop. My complaints are usually due to wrong size, count, or other bugs in my boxes. I purchased 20000 crickets for the 1st time from Warren Cricket Farm. I am very pleased with all aspects from customer service to quality of the product. I will gladly purchase again :-)
I have bought for many years, and the crickets are alive upon receipt and keep very well. ALSO the count number is ACCURATE. The shipping charge is more then fair. Usually the ship in 1 day.
