We gave one star bc there wasn’t a 1/2 star choice. Three years in this house and we have experienced the worst power stability of our life. We are 55 and this is our 6th home in the general area of Tippecanoe County. We are in the process of purchasing and installing a Generac generator at a cost of $11K. Absolutely ridiculous service stability and even worse customer service.
This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything ever, so it’s clear that I’m angry. Warren County REMC has absolutely no form of customer service whatsoever, and email or text updates from them are extremely rare. Our power has now been out for 12 hours, and any time I try to call them, I’m met with an automated voice message system telling me there are no customer service representatives available. At the bare minimum, make a Facebook page where you can share updates with your customers who pay way too much... read more
