I usually schedule early appointments & try to be 1st & take the back roads.
Accountability must feel like an attack when you’re in the wrong. There is a doctor here who scheduled vacation over a family member’s appointment. His receptionist failed to notify this relative resulting in them showing up. Instead of apologizing and owning up to her mistakes, this scheduler became angry and lied about leaving a voicemail and sending something on my chart. This relative has neither set up.
