Accountability must feel like an attack when you’re in the wrong. There is a doctor here who scheduled vacation over a family member’s appointment. His receptionist failed to notify this relative resulting in them showing up. Instead of apologizing and owning up to her mistakes, this scheduler became angry and lied about leaving a voicemail and sending something on my chart. This relative has neither set up. Tried to call for assistance because of a broken foot. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and no help at all.Would not recommend using this place.
Do not get Dr. Brenda. Not recommended. She does not listen to your concern, in and out within 5 minutes of the visit. Lots of prescription medication. Higher doses each visit. Per Warren clinic policy, absolutely no doctor change unless a doctor leave the office, you will get a replacement doctor. Very upset.
Staffnot always nice. They need manners and should stop talking openly about their patients
