ZERO STARS! Totally unacceptable! Had an appointment scheduled for a specific date and time. Showed up 10 mins prior and the rude receptionist told me I was 20 minutes late. I informed her that the lady who scheduled told me my time slot gave me the time I had in my calendar, mind you I never got a confirmation email or text. The receptionist was extremely rude and talked to me like a complete idiot and basically told me it was my problem and offered no solution. Extremely unacceptable and terrible service. I went in last week due to my right leg swelling and terrible pain. The PA looked at it and said they had made me an appointment with cardiology at St Francis South for that afternoon in the event I had a blood clot. That was rather frightening. I went to cardiology and they did an ultrasound. Then nothing. No call, nothing. I finally called the Warren clinic a week later. The receptionist said she would ask what the results were and call me back. She did, said it was a cyst, just use compression and raise my leg. The lack o... read more
