The staff was great. Reception amazing, super kind and understanding. I called because I was a tad late, and they accepted me anyway. That was really awesome. However, I had a very poor experience with the provider. She didn’t note ANYTHING of value in my chart. Not my symptoms, nothing. She did, however, note all of the details of my personal life that she kept prying into. I was assigned Holly as a PCP by my hospital social worker after a major car collision and one surgery that turned into another stay and multiple surgeries. It is the greatest random blessing that could have happened as she is without a doubt the best provider I have ever had. She is kind, considerate, and really listens to her patients and has their best welfare at heart. I would recommend her to anyone.
Both my husband and I walked in without an appointment with a stomach bug. Everyone from the front desk, nurse, and PA/C was very professional and attentive. We where seen within minutes & had us both on fluids during our consultation without any hesitation. They’re ability to stick us on the first try without even a sting was amazing.
