I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
