Shop talk – We have our equipment at Warren Cat, they told us it was going to be done by Friday. Then we were told that it will not be ready until Monday, which is ok. The problem is the "manager" of the truck shop was rude and disrespectful. I asked him why no one called us to inform us of the delay in the repair.
