Abhorrent service. Warren CAT insistently pressed for first a $2000.00, then a $2500.00 deposit on the machine before they took the time to ask what repairs/maintenance needed to be done. Reprehensible communication to the customer. It was apparent the internal communication was subpar too, as conflicting requests were being asked of the customer; contradicting each other.
A great place to buy something these people are serious about help. Recommend you go here if you need heavy equipment or something.
