I would never purchase or use them any services. We purchased a new machine and it took 2 years to get the parts we paid for, and no it's not an exaggeration. We had to threaten to get an attorney involved to get the quick coupler. We received no help or instruction with the machines when sold new, but they were quick to get us to buy them. Now we had serviced performed and to get 3 machines serviced we have $2,700 in labor alone. We're talking 2 mini-excavators and a compact skid steer. With rounding hours up, it gives abou... read more
