I''ve worked and been impressed by their parts department for years. Today was my first experience with the rental side and they didn't disappoint. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs.
I was riding with a friend returning a MiniX to Mitchell rental. He ran out of diesel just past Warren's. He walked to Warren's, about a block down the road, and asked if they a couple of gallons of diesel he could buy. An employee said "nope, but Buds is just down the street. He asked if the had a diesel can he might borrow. "Nope". He called Mitchell to say we were running late because of fuel. They said no problem and sent a guy with diesel to get us back on the road.
