Here's what happened my last three appointments: twice, the doctor was not in (after waiting 1.5 hours in the waiting room). My third and last appointment, I showed up and the office was cleaned out. He's moved to Ypsilanti. I would not go back to him if he was five minutes away. I'm certainly not going to go to Ypsi for him!
Terrible care… communication very poor…doctor does not return patient or family calls….tells a post sedated person their diagnosis…. Typed instructions given post op… explains an incomplete endoscopy and colonoscopy done under general anesthesia … this doctor’s practices need to be investigated by Ascension and the licensing bureau
I love Dr. Warren. He's very knowledgeable, listens to what your saying.He has a great bedside manner. His staff are wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Warren to anyone who may need a Gastrtenologist.
Made an appointment two months ago only to receive a call THE DAY BEFORE my appointment that they don't work with my BCBS insurance. It was already so difficult to get the referral to go through because their fax machine wasn't working and now I have to go through the entire process again. Extremely disappointed with the office and the fact they didn't realize this months ago. I was so relieved to finally hopefully get care and answers to my health concerns and now I'll be wondering if I have cancer for a couple more months.... read more
